Hi thanks for reply.
If I've done this right the gateway shows.
"City Lifeline, Juniper 8" gateway.
Is that the server ?.
Done a test post to plusnet test,it appeared by the time
it took to go back there and look,then made two replies to self
and they appeared.
Still no post shows that I done to the Arsenal newsgroup last night .

Hi again.
Now not to well up on all this ,but outlook express is set up
to use *news.plus.net ..................any connection available.
Going to properties on one of my messages in the Arsenal group shows
message X-Usenet-Provider: http://www.giganews.com
When doing a find in the Arsenal group it comes up with all the posts I've posted there,BUT
I could not last night or today see my posts that I have recently done,not even in the test group.
If I replied to a posted message in a group it appeared on the screen ok.
However the last post I posted to the Arsenal groups short time ago appeared ok.
I could see my message,which was not showing up on screen to me before,
even after 12 hrs +
Something is playing up somewhere,but at this moment all seems ok again.
The posts I sent HAVE been going though to the Arsenal group ok,but they did not show up
in the Arsenal group list here on my screen.
Hopefully thing are sorted now for some reason.
But thanks for your help and replies.
