If you ordered from GAME don't expect it early. They have told Parcel Force to hold it until the 10th. Cry

Ordered mine from argos and I phoned them today to ask about delivery dates and the daft lady said tomorrow, who knows.

Edit: She isn't daft for saying tomorrow, she was just daft generally.

HMV have announced that contrary to what has been reported, they haven't shipped any MW2 stock to customers.

I think Game send them via Parcel Force and they aren't going to send the copies out until release day I believe.

When this arrives would you guys mind letting me know why you think it's moved from a 15 to an 18 certificate. My son is addicted to Modern Warfare 1 and would love MW2 but we've always said that he can't have 18 games.

I'm not too bothered if the change is due to better graphics but I draw the line if the game is full of bad language.

Thanks - Bob

I know the reason, I'll send it through a PM since there are spoilers.

What you're buying it!   not for the PC I hope.  Purchase of MW2 on PC should be a compulsory boycott!

Because IW have got rid of dedi servers. They are using matcmaking like consoles.

My copy got dipatched last night, but they also said that I will not be able to track it on Parcelforce website until Monday.

Loads of games don't use dedicated servers. Does that mean we should boycott all those too? Or maybe we should all moan about how games costs have gone up to pay for said dedicated servers. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
