I can't connect when I call Plusnet CS 0114 numbers

« on 27/10/2009, 21:20 »
I have free VOIP minutes on my Premier Option One plan and use SJPhone software and I have minutes available.

Today when I call the Plusnet SC geographic numbers (0114  296 5198 / 0114 296 5188) the call will not connect although it appears there is a call in progress:-

"Operational [00.13] (out: PCMA)"

I can make call successfully to other numbers via SJPhone.
I can get through to Plusnet using my landline.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I've just tried both numbers and they are connecting ok.

A while ago I had a similar problem, never explained, http://community.plus.net....msg616492.html#msg616492. I wonder if your problem is the same thing?

Thanks Bob
Hmm, still not working for me. It seems to be the same problem you had.
It appears to be connecting but there is no ringing tone and if it is connecting and being answered I don't hear anything.
I have checked the hardware and it tests ok.
