Hi

Recently I seem to be getting some strange calls.  The callerID on my grandstream 2020 is showing 'sip' or 'asterix'.  The calls in log in the portal doesn't seem to show these?  There is never anybody there?

Any ideas??

A call at 5am this morning has prompted me to raise a ticket with plusnet to see if we can get some more details on what is causing these!

My neighbour had strange calls about a year ago the phone would ring once  in the early hours of the morning he thought it was me, I tried to interrogate is call log so did Plusnet so in the end he stopped using VoIP.

I have re-set him up with a Speedtouch 716wl a month ago and he not had any strange calls since then
