For the past two and a half years since I joined PlusNet my IP Profile has been set at 77.4 mbps. The only occasions on which the Profile fell below that figure were due to line faults.
On Jan.1st of this year I noticed that my download speeds had fallen from their normal 73/74 mbps to 69 mbps with upload speeds reduced to 11 mbps from 17.5 mbps.Having carried out a BT Wholesale Speed Test I see that the IP Profile has changed to 72.5 mbps.
Have any other members noted a similar reduction in their IP Profile and if so how long did it take to restore it to its normal figure?
