Call centre

Just tried to ring Plusnet Towers - only to be informed that there is a THIRTY MINUTE wait to speak to someone in Customer Service.
I'd got used to the message about a 15 minute wait, but 30 seems inordinately long.
When's a good time to ring?

Re: Call centre

You'll find a graph of the incoming call volume here http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212&helpheader=rhmcallstats pick a quiet time from that. Smiley

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Call centre

Hi Tigger,
Sorry to hear about the queue times this morning.
Did you manage to get through in the end? Is there anything that I could take a look at?
ex-Plusnet staffer. Any posts after 28/07/2017 aren't on behalf of Plusnet

Re: Call centre

Thanks for the link.
Matty, it's something complicated that's had a right mess been made of it at your end. It'd take too long to put it on here.  Sad
And no, not even tried to hang on yet. Message still saying thirty minutes, despite the graph showing something lower. I'll give it another half an hour. But judging from the look of the graph, you need more operators on in the mornings!
