BTOR modem features on ADSL

Hi as you may know, In the past few days I have figured out how to unlock the BT modem. I have come across of it being compatible with any suppliers Fibre and ADSL services. I am aware of what it does on fibre but not sure what it does on ADSL if you have a router/modem combo wireless box? Whats the difference between the BTORMODEM and the router/modem combo

Re: BTOR modem features on ADSL

It's a modem that supports VDSL and ADSL protocols.
With a combined router & modem, you don't need a separate modem, and depending on the model, may not be able to use one.
