Call feature - not activated, paying twice

When I signed in for Plusnet (broadband + telephone), I selected "Called ID" and paid for it in advance for the first month.
However, now my line is transferred from BT, the control panel shows that the feature is not activated, and if I activate, will be charged for a second time.
Looks like another glitch in the ordering process...

Hi - this shows as active on my side, could you please provide a screenshot where it shows otherwise?
