Company of Heroes

I am getting really frustrated now after phoning at least a dozen times about connection problems with a game Company of Heroes .. I have done everything that is needed to connect to the game, including port forwarding , the ports I added are as follows .. UDP 6112,30260,9100,9101,30275 .... I contacted THQ by phone and they say its nothing to do with their server, its the router and or configuration ..  I am also very frustrated with the lack of support which Plusnet brags about on site and tv ...
All I get is excuses that Plusnet do not support the router configuration.. Why is that the case? as it is the equipment that Plusnet supply..
Any help in resolving my problem would be most appreciated..

I am connected to the gateway known as ptn-ag01.
This is located in Telehouse North

Log into router and disconnect and then reconnect after a minute and check the gateway again, think they have been having issues with ptn-ag01 and ptn-ag02 the last 2/3 nights

The gateways we were originally seeing the issues on seemed to be pcl-ag01 and 2 but that wasn't actually the issue. Looking at the ping graphs, there hasn't be a recurrence since around 6pm.

sorry guys, must have got mixed up with pcl-ag01 / 2 and ptn-ag01 / 2 , think the eyes must be going, well it is getting late  Smiley
