Other speed testers giving me my usual download speeds straight after...

@OldJim - the reason I posted in "Your Feedback" originally was because I was feeding back on a performance issue with the MyBroadbandSpeed site rather than with my actual broadband speed, which is fine.

Still wonky this evening...

Same problem here since I started checking speeds this from this afternoon, hoping for PN's system to change to new IP profile.

Agree with this: it's neither a broadband nor a router issue.
