1571 Voicemail "There is no answering service active on this line"

I've had Plus Net phone and Broadband for about 2 months now, I read that 1571 voicemail is included free but needs to be activated
In my Telephone Control Panel, Voicemail has a green box next to it and shows as active even though I've never done anything but when I dial 1571 I get "There is no answering service active on this line"
I'm waiting for a few important calls this week can anyone get this working for me?

If you want it doing quickly phone up as it is unlikely to be picked up before Monday on here
You could try disabling it and when the automatic confirmation comes through enabling it and see if that works
