CISAS Again !

Plusnet refusing my MAC!
I will now have to contact CISAS again, they were found guilty af slow speeds with no help, and now refusing my mac in the 5 days!
Why did I not try to move sooner, the speeds I have had between 2 and 5mbps and upload of 0.13 I get faster uploads and sometimes download speeds with my 3 dongle.  
WHAT  A USELESS SERVICE AND REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hi,
I'm sorry about the delay in generating your MAC.
CISAS however have no control over whether or not we generate a MAC, nor are they the appropriate company to contact, this would be Ofcom.  CISAS are the company you would speak to if you were in "deadlock" or had had a complaint open for 8 weeks+.
Please rest assured that we are trying to generate your MAC code, but due to an open order on the BT system we are unable to do so, but should have a code for you within a few days.  Please understand that we are not withholding your MAC - we just *can't* generate it.
