Does this part apply when a reset was done as part of the "no DLM" trial
Quote CCSNR works by triggering a signal to noise ratio reset and subsequently a maximum stable rate (MSR) and fault threshold rate (FTR) re-calculation. A BRAS profile change will also be performed (if applicable) when the circuit synchronises next time. The MSR will either rise or remain unchanged - it can never go lower.
