Snails Pace Webmail

For the past 10 days, webmail operates at snails pace - first I'm told that I mustn't have more than 500MB of files, then shouldn't have more than about 100 mails. Is anybody else out there suffering with snails pace webmail ?

Hmmm, I'm getting IMAP errors but I suspect that's something specific to my account. The more mail you have on the server the slower things are going to be. You might have more luck with our beta platform which is based on Roundcube. If you fancy giving that a go then drop me a PM and I'll see if I can arrange access for you.

Bob, have tried contacting you without success thru' my open question in Help and Support. Also, what is this PM you're referring to ?
