As far as I'm aware James' posting permissions will be continuing once he's left, so there're no problem there. I must say though that in my experience staff members who move on rarely come back to see how we're getting on… but perhaps James will be different. Smiley

I'm a customer - I have Home Phone with Plusnet.  I'll just have my staff rights taken away and then I'll just be another normal forum user.
