Just a thought.....

any chance of making James Bailey and Honorary Member of the Forum.... so he can come back and keep in touch?   Smiley

As far as I'm aware James' posting permissions will be continuing once he's left, so there're no problem there. I must say though that in my experience staff members who move on rarely come back to see how we're getting on… but perhaps James will be different. Smiley

I'm a customer - I have Home Phone with Plusnet.  I'll just have my staff rights taken away and then I'll just be another normal forum user.
