Phone credit limit reached

I am extremely angry at the lack of interest from Plus Net to sort out this problem.

I have a direct debit order for payments of phone calls, I look at my bill on the net, and I am well within my limits, yet I keep receiving:

Home Phone credit limit reached

If I do not pay any attention my phone line gets cut off.  I have elderly people at home and this is not acceptable.

I am about to raise this issue with oftel , BBC Watchdog and take legal action against the company. I would like to invite all those who feel the same to join in.
I would also encourage all to move to new suppliers. If no positive steps are taken by Plus net to sort out this problem with in the next 24 hours.

I'm extremely sorry - Your credit limit does not appear to have been reset following your last bill.

I'll try and get it reset for you asap.
