@binzy, I strongly suspect that what @SparckZero is saying is correct. You have six separate mailboxes and all of them require different usernames to access them. You are probably accessing one of the acccounts using your mail client but a different one when logging into Webmail.

I'll answer the ticket you've just raised in a bid to explain things further.

Cheers Bob, I thought this would be the case - I was just writing a reply along the lines of checking how many mailboxes he had.

I've sent an email to each of the six mailboxes and all of the messages arrived in their respective Webmail accounts.

hi bob

right now the six account you talk about were set up yesterday this was done as nothing was being received at my main addy  as this addy being my collect all emails with plusnet i thought it would collect all my emails that i had since joining plusnet so the accounts you see on webmail was a result of me trying to solve a problem i will remove all but my default one and see if i get anywhere will put it back to as it was originally then start again

                     cheers binzy

Binzy, I suggest you avoid posting your actual email address on here, because this forum can be viewed by anyone - including spammers' email harvesters! You can edit the post to remove it.

hi bob
ok thanks for your patients as i have said before retrieveing my mail using outlook is ok its logging into my mail and retreiving it fine so passwords usernames all ok on my six addys as it has been for years, problem is not seeing it on webmail (before i use outlook) looks as if my default addy is not collecting all on my webmail and displaying it there before outlook gets it if i want it to that is, so where is my mail being stored on plusnet server as i cant see it, dont know how long this has been happening but when plusnet got hacked it worked fine because i like others got spam on all my addys at webmail for the next twelve months worked fine then

                    cheers binzy

I *need* to know the account names of all the mail accounts you have set up in Outlook Express. I advised how you can find this information in one of my earlier ticket replies. Can you please update your ticket to include this information? Without this, I run the risk of doing something that's going to involve you having to mess around with settings at your end. Plus, the additional mailboxes still exist but don't worry about that, if you can update your ticket as requested then I'll take care of it at this side.
