Re Unlimited to Premium Product Change

Hi,

Yesterday I got confirmation of my product being changed from unlimited to premium (keeping existing 8mb line).

I have queried the change, as now may account says the monthly charge is £19.99, when previously it was £15.99 due to being a market 3 area.

Am I going to be charged £19.99?

I did query it yesterday, but no-one has replied to the ticket in over 24 hours. (30558376)
