Could memeber of Plunet staff look into this?

I'm afraid it's still with the development team, they're looking into it though. I'll see if I can get an update for you tomorrow when they're back in the office.

Me again  Wink, was checking for an update. 

Could this problem be raised as a ticket for me so I would get automatic updates of what's happening?

Mand has just offered to do this for me on  another thread (billing errors), but said that I will loose my call history so have down loaded it into a spreadsheet, - will see what next week brings

I raised a question and got a negative reply, But Mand said !!"$£%$&£%*  I will get a developer to do it, that was on monday

think so, broadband date 24th to 23rd.   phone 11th to 10th been like it since Aug when a sleepy CSA mucked me up

Yes, it's the same.  My dates are different to and have been since  moved phone over in July.  Was told it would sort itself out in 3 months but it's not!!  Well hopefully if we are both moaning about it something will get done eventually. Wink

 try sending Mand a private message, she seems able to do it, my ticket just bounced, Orbrey was looking after my problem start of September, he said wait 3 months all will be OK but it isnt

Same here (as I said earlier!!)

Billing date 21st of each month. Itemised phone bill - 7th of each month (runs 8th to 7th) and has been like this since I upgraded from Talk E+W to Talk Anytime.

I did raise a ticket on Friday, soon got it back suck a lemon and wait.  I will ask Mand to look at this thread, leave it with me
