The title says it all....

Plusnet Customer Support (Sheffield) 0114-296-5198 Depending on your telephone provider, time of day etc it may be cheaper to use the 0845 number and possibly speak to South Africa.

I think a full desktop upgrade is in the region of 1GByte (depending upon whatever you have already installed).
Depends on Plusnet as to whether it arrives before Christmas. Cheesy
