Call data problem?

« on 14/10/2009, 11:18 »
Hi

I made a couple of calls to New Zeland night from around 10 pm last night, i logged into my account  about 20 mins ago expecting the remaining minutes to reflect this , but it still say i have 300 remaining, is there a problem with call data as this should be updated every 4 hrs ?

Regards Mike

I'd give it 24 hours first.

Are you able to see the call in the call records itself?

Hi James

I can not see the call in call records (my call records is blank)

Can i ask are all types calls meant to be listed in recent calls/ call summary ?

At the moment i have only made calls to landlines at evening and weekends, and the top 20 destinations at evenings, recent calls and call summary say i have made no calls , i assume when they are free they are not counted?

Regards Mike

all calls are listed free and paid, but sa james says,  since the recent bog up it can be 24 or even 48 hours before they show up.  They used to show a uconfirmed after 4 hours, but now only show unconfirmed.

@James.  are the 0845 calls to support completely free, i.e dont come off my allowance?  - Legacy 240

The reason I asked was that 0800, 0500 calls dont show bot one I tried to make the other day shows on my data as an 11 minute call (got fed up waiting) but just checked not on the itemised bill

Mike,

As per Peter's post, are these calls to non 0500/0800 numbers?

As those would not show up.
