Confirmation of product change.

I did not receive a email or anything saying that I will change to Unlimited at the start of the next billing month. Can I please have confirmation on whether it has gone through.

Yep, it's showing as scheduled.

I think that this lack of confirmation needs sorting. When I upgraded to Unlimited last month I had to raise a ticket to be sure that the upgrade request had gone through.
Surely a confirmation e-mail should be sent out?

Yeah it's been mentioned a few times, I think you can see it confirmed on your ticket but no email is sent.
You should get an email on the day of switch I believe.
