Anyone else having issues?

Can't make a call out and voip.plus.net is running very slowly.

Incoming calls appear to be fine, however, when you make a call out to PSTN the audio is very very choppy.

There's nothing on Gradwell's Service Status page.

Guys - Were you using softwware or hardware phones?

We have an issue currently open with Gradwell and we're supplying additional examples as we see them.

Guys - Gradwell have indicated that one of the servers was not performing correctly, which they have since rebooted and believe this to have resolved the issues that you were experiencing.

They've said that if you're still having problems, to reboot your router and let us know if the problem hasn't gone away.
