Done already.
Still getting the same slow web page loads between about 8pm - 10:30pm. I can cope with that as im usually gaming at those times but it is really frustrating sometimes

Virtually every night i get the same (sometimes during the day) raised ticket after ticket only to be told to raise a fault (which comes back as no fault) the only good thing is I have a MAC and could leave when I wanted as i'm fed up of getting told the same things all the time (had to go to the ISPA to do it though) but i've been offered a free router but 12 month contract. No idea what to do. Big thing too is it's really starting to affect my VOIP. Got my fiance who I call every night and often have to reconnect my router at least twice a night to get a decent convo with her and sometimes she's reported as trying to call me but can't even get through (funny this all started since I came to plusnet) I can understand if they're doing to to some sort of throttling but sometimes it's just starting to take the biscuit a little too much unfortunately (and seemingly not much likely to get any better either) Must admit not even BT Broadband we're this bad.
