As you may be aware, we have a number of customers on an LLU network provided by Tiscali. These customers have been on LLU for around 3 years now.

We are now taking steps towards moving these customers back to the BT ASDL platform.

The first part of this happened yesterday, we emailed ~150 customers who were opted in to marketing emails, and were on 21CN enabled exchanges. This was to allow them to take part in the 21CN trial. If the customers we emailed don't choose to go onto the 21CN trial, we'll be moving them back to the BT Wholesale network over the next few weeks.

One of the main differences that customers may notice is the decrease in upload speed if they go to ADSL Max, which is why we are giving those who can get 21CN the opportunity to go over to it.

We'll be sending more of these emails over the next few weeks, so don't worry if you are on LLU and haven't received one yet.
