Emails being "eaten" by plusnet/jtn/ironport

Steve,

Just to let you know that we've been looking into this and have made a number of server config changes that we're hoping have improved the situation. Can you keep an eye on things and let us know how you get on?

I will do, things seem to be behaving themselves right now as far as I can tell but if anything seems to go wrong I'll let you know

And yes those are two emails both leaving from the same source with 33 minutes of each other yestterday and one of them taking just over 13 hours to get into JTN and the other taking just under 24.

I've put these onto the ticket and bounced it back to CSC.

I'm going on holiday for a week and as my only internet access will be via my G1 I wont be checking as much.
