Huge Spam Quarantine Notification Messages

Support ticket has been updated, and the htm content of this mornings mail attached to the ticket.

As you're probably aware, we've re-opened the case with IronPort. Hopefully they can fix it this time around...

Still no resolution to this problem!

The support ticket associated with this now reads like War and Peace, with engineering being assigned to it 'this week' (early March), and now next week. Maybe they will get thee in the end, who knows.

We had to blackhole all unrecognised email addresses while this was going on. Maybe we will just leave i that way and hope we don't loose anything important.

After 4 months, and a ticket as log as war and peace, PlusNet now say they are unable to fix this.

So, if you have an account which is receiveing large amounts of spam into the catchall account addressed to random addresses, you can't ue Quarantine.

Just being nosey, but isn't this the same as setting up aliases and switching catchall off altogether?  Have you changed the way you trap spam to cope with not being able to use quarantine?
