To achieve the same effect, don't vote for any of them.

I believe we are trying to encourage voting as the more votes the fairer the end result.

If he COULD vote for all three, as he expressed a desire to do, then the net result would be no different to failing to vote for any of them.

It's really not such a difficult concept to grasp.

Am I missing something here? 4 mods are needed and there are 3 candidates - Why on earth is there an election? What are you going to do appoint one at the time then hold further elections with the same candidates?

yeah tough one.
only bein with PN for a year but in that time one of the  candidates has stood out to me in offering great tech advise to me and many others.
would voting for this candidate reduce there time in giving this great surrport to the PN clan or is it time to reward them for all the past advise.

all great candidates but my vote is based on my 1 year exprince with PN forums

If you appreciate the quality of technical expertise, then you should not vote for that person.

The job of a moderator is to moderate - preferably in a moderate way.
I bet there are many occasions on which they feel they cannot say what they really think.

A moderator is a member of this community just like anyone else. Over the years being a moderator never stopped anyone helping, offering advice or technical knowledge and nothing has changed. Being a moderator does not and should not remove the ability to participate fully.
