I've been given a BackBerry to use with my work e-mail (MS Exchange account) which is good but I thought it would be handy to be able to check my Plus Net Webmail as well. However, although I can login to my Webmail on the BlackBerry and read messages, if I try to reply to a message or send a new one I get an error - 'The verification code was not generated' I type in the security letters as I would do from my PC but it doesn't work. The Technical support people said they didn't know of any reason why it should not work from a BlackBerry. I can send and reply to a test Gmail account from the BlackBerry so it looks like it is more a problem with the Squirrel mail? Has anybody come across this problem before and know anyway around it?
