Does plusnet/F9 still give p2p priority over other traffic?

Quite the opposite... P2P/Binary Usenet/FTP has the lowest priority (bronze*). Gaming is given the highest priority (Titanium).

* expect for Pro packages where they are given gold priority along side HTTP
