Plus net IP profile needs a nudge.

Hi

Have raised a ticket, number  27202555 .

BT speedtester showing IP Profile as 5500 for 24 hours, but, plus net (https://portal.plus.net/m...ction=data_transfer_speed) only showing 5000.

Could a member of plus net staff give it anudge please.

Mine's been on 5000 for weeks, even though my router has been syncing at over 6000.  I'm not too worried really, I don't imagine the difference between 5000 and 5500 would be earth shattering, but is there a way to make it recalculate, without bothering the busy folk at PN?

You need to hit 6240 for a 5500 profile, what are you getting?

That's probably the answer.  I'm usually around the 6200 mark, but it dips above and below it.
