I think the attachment says everything that needs to be said...

(And Matt, if you read this, is this post short enough for you? Tongue )

Okay, so that's not good.

Anyone else seeing this or is Be3G special?

Hi Thomas,

Just had a quick look and it would appear that there's an open problem already to address this (Ref:39759). It was raised on the 29th Jan.

Ok, thanks Bob. Let me know when it's believed to be fixed and I'll check it again.

I am seeing he same problem....  I guess there not been much progress in fixing it..

Only found out as I exceeded my limit last night,   2GB extra allowance, and less than 48 hours to use it!   Angry

I get the impression this problem still hasn't been fixed.  Angry

Is there a fix in sight,   or are those of us with this problem going to go into a third month with this (albeit minor) problem?

Hmm.  Apparently that problem refereced earlier doesn't apply to your account as it was only Plus and Premier users that were affected by it.

Yours is a different one.

I've raised this separately as Problem 50872.

I'm guessing that means I was referenced in the wrong problem too then, as I'm on PAYG. Either way, at the rate things currently seem to be moving, it looks like we'll all be getting unlimited broadband before the VMBU is fixed. Tongue

I also have this problem - but I can find no trace of it. How do I add my name to it?

Hi Martin,

It's an internal problem we have raised, though I can confirm I've added your username to it as an example.
