1. Dial their full SIP address e.g. sip:1000000@sip.gradwell.net

Broadband Phone Beta (Gradwell)

Gradwell peering is now provided by a service called X-Connect. The users of the following services can be called for free:

There are 2 ways to call a non-Broadband Phone Beta user:

2. Add the unique provider prefix code. Example: to call 12121 on Gossiptel add **467 (including stars) i.e. **46712121

For friends using these peers who want to call you, Gradwell's SIP prefix is **472. Customers of Gradwell should be able to call Broadband Phone Beta SIP IDs without using this prefix.
