From the look of things, they've just stolen the forum description text from the PN forums - which do contain a disclaimer.

The sticky contains links to Forum Rules and Forum Guidelines that currently point to the Plusnet forum (where I have to login as guest).  These will need changing to make this forum self sufficient.

I have sorted the Rules link, and removed the guidelines link for now.

There is a lot of background work such as porting across the rules post to be done in the back ground, and PlusNet will still not guarantee that they will not wipe the beta database before this site goes live.

No one has asked us that I recall (although it may have been a while ago!)

We will not be wiping the database.

I did ask personally, and I believe you replayed but it was a very long time ago now, and the responce was that you did could not guarantee that the database would get wiped again.
