I just wanted to let you know that madasafish customers (who are part of Brightview who were recently acquired by BT Retail)) are being emailed this morning, telling them how madasafish are joining forces with PlusNet.

This will result in no impact to PlusNet customers and there will be no changes to how we communicate with our customers.
