Having been persuaded to enter the competition by someone on Usertools IRC, here're my three photographs.

The first was taken on the 8th of February this year - the day we had lots of snow. It was taken just before a 9am lecture at uni - I couldn't not spend a few minutes dashing around the campus taking photographs. (More photographs from the day are visible here.)

The second is a rather fast-moving sea turtle taken in the Sea Life centre at Brighton.

Finally, the third is one of my all-time favourite photographs: Portsmouth Harbour at dusk on the 29th of May 2005. I actually have it hanging on my bedroom wall - it looks gorgeous printed on some semigloss paper.

Probably means nothing to anyone, but for me these pictures capture the wonderment and excitement of a 6 year old princess and a 3 year old pirate visiting Disneyland Paris for the first time this May (Daddy, of course, was completely unmoved).

Hi,
The first picture is of shops at the back of Bayeux Cathedral in France.
The second picture shows two people kiting at dusk on the beach near Beadnell in Northumberland.
And the third picture was taken from the walls of Bamburgh Castle, also in Northumberland.
Hope you enjoy my wife's pictures.
Regards,
David
