When i was on pro no matter what i did i only ever got traffic in the gaming and web sections on the usage chart, now i am on option 3 im getting other bb phone and ftp etc, so is there a problem with the way pro is reported?

I'll have a look into this now and see if I can replicate this against other Pro account and see if they are seeing any usage outside of gaming and web.

I'm not sure why you were not seeing the other types of usage, but looking at other accounts it is being reported fine.

May have just been a temp glitch i've gone back to Pro and it's starting to show otehr stuff, the ftp and e-mail boxes are working aswell as other
