Faster internet is slower for video

« on 27/09/2007, 15:54 »
In the last 10 days my internet speed seems to have been upgraded from a 2Mb connection up to something faster (seems to be about 5.5Mb at the moment).

However, if seems to have killed any video sites – such as Youtube. Pretty much any video I now try to watch stalls part way through (very earlier on larger ones) and never restarts even if I pull the position slider button back and wait for it to finish pre-loading.

Any ideas?
