We're sorry to hear you're moving your broadband service - Erm what!?!

Just received an email from Plusnet
"We're sorry to hear you're moving your broadband service"
Apparently I'm being migrated to another provider on 4/5/2015.
Ok so I better go find where I parked my TARDIS because firstly that dates been and gone but secondly and far more importantly I've NOT initiated a migration to a new provider so either I've been Slammed or plusnet's systems for handling the new migrations process has got it self in a right old muddle over my recent house move.
Already raised a ticket for support to look into that one so hoping I don't lose my FTTC in the meantime (I might call during the day if I don't see a reply)

Does the email you received look like the one mentioned in this Service Status update from a couple of days ago?

I think you've already had a reply to your ticket explaining that this isn't something to worry about.
