Can someone from PlusNet help me out? My username is "magwag".
I moved to a new house in August and after 3 months of waiting we finally have a phone line installed.
Last week ADSL was activated on the line, but we're only getting a 1Mbps service, and the line speeds haven't changed at all over the last 7 days.
The house is about 300m from the exchange which is on 20CN, so I was expecting to get close to 8Mbps.
My router stats show:

On first glance that looks like a fixed rate 1Mb service, rather than the up to 8Mb service. Let me go take a more detailed look.

I've just placed a modify on your line to move you to the up to 8Mb service, this should complete tomorrow. I'll feedback on the person that placed the initial incorrect order too.

@purleigh: The morning after Chris placed the modify order the line speed went up to 8Mbps.

Looking somewhat more as it should do
I hope you are getting good results from the BTw Performance test (DON'T REBOOT, ignore the red preamble except make sure no other programs are using the Internet) and at the end of the first run, click the Further Diagnostics button, enter just your Phone number and Run the Further Diagnostics Test.
Do a Copy and Paste of the results and post here (no need to grab an image).
