We had a strange problem last night with our phone while trying to call out, we noticed that the line just dropped as soon as the phone at the other end rang, tried 2 mobile networks o2 and virgin with the same result, phone rang once then dropped the call. So we tried ringing the home phone from a mobile which sorted the problem out. I would point my finger at soak up but our line is fine with no problems with the broadband anyway.
