The OR van would have had nothing to do with it. It will be the firmware upgrade. The order for Interleaving off, as you can see above, was placed on Saturday. I believe to stand any chance of that working without escalation, an SNR Reset is done first which will also restart the line without Interleaving.
So you may like to check your Ping times, it will be interesting to see if that has worked.
PS. I hope you have your Firewall turned on.

yes my firewall is turned on. and my ping times are the same. and if the order was pout through on Saturday it wouldn't be turned off till tomorrow at the earliest anyway
