If not convinced just look at all the threads & posts about it on this forum.

Andy H, just seen even you have problems tonight.
The only way to overcome this is for all the affected people to withhold their DD's until it is finally & fully sorted once & for all. Plusnet would not have a leg to stand on in a court of law, they are not forfilling their part of their contract.

My best mate in the Midlands had Plusnet FTTC very slow speed, he say it the first time he seen this very slow tonight. His exchange is Walsall. He always getting 73/18 but tonight he getting 23/5

lol I normally get 15 meg down, and right now getting 0.02 
Speed are now return to normal after midnight as it been slow from after 7pm till after midnight
