New Fibre connect slow download

Openreach connected my FTTC this morning.
Upload speed was what I expected but download is the same as my old adsl.

I ran the test through my on router and by connecting my laptop directly to the modem.

Sorry for the slowdowns here. I've made some changes to your speed profile set on our side. If you could log into your router, hit the 'Disconnect' button and 'Connect' again, that should sort things out for you.

That was fast. BT Wholesale now show 71 down and 14.5 up.
