Id just firstly like to thank everyone so far for all their help, its one of the main reason I do not want to leave plusnet as their forum community and in general the customer service ive recieved so far is the best yet!  Andy, how do I raise a ticket btw?
Will I need to let my housing association know about any work that might be done to my wiring?
My biggest regret is not sorting this out earlier and leaving it 2 years to finally do something about it. Maybe its because its finally got on my nerves i dont know. As a tenant is it my every right to have this fixed or could my housing association reject to pay for any fixing of the wires?
