Thanks for all the tremendous entries to the photo competition. We put together a panel of judges from all areas of the business and have finally selected a top 10. We tried to select images that really did capture the holiday feeling. It's now in your hands!

The vote will remain open until 9am Monday 10th September. Everybody is allowed one vote and the winner will receive a fantastic Canon SLR camera.

If the community vote results in a tie the judges shall have the casting vote.

Please note: You must be logged in to vote in the poll.

Interested to note on Tuesday afternoon some 750 viewers have looked at the Holiday competition photographs, yet only 71 votes have been cast.  Are they all that bad? Surely not!

No I think they are all very good.
I have just voted for 7 as I like the composition of it, catching the aircraft against the white cloud background.

I picked No 6 (because I felt Drawn Into the Scene).

P.S.

It took me a few secs to decide between No 6 & No 7 (No 6 Won). Wink
I must say I find television very educational. The minute somebody turns it on, I go to the library and read a good book.

Thanks once again to everybody who took the time to enter their photos or vote in the competition.

The competition was extremely tight - with only 1 vote separating the top 2 photographs. I am delighted to announce that the winner, with 20% of the total vote, is picture number 10 by seismic.

Well done to seismic, I'll be contacting you shortly with full details of how to claim your prize - the fantasic Canon SLR camera.

Well, someone changed the voting type to allow that, but it wasn't intended for anyone to see the results until the vote had completed and we announced the winner.

Can't you see the result above? I thought once you'd voted you could see the result?

I never voted so can't

I was a bit gutted not to be amongst the 10 (I'm too competitive for my own good), but well done Seismic - your pic would have been my choice too  Wink
