It actually works despite many of my earlier disparaging comments  Embarrassed
I am downloading Assassins Creed 3 (came free with my new graphics card - about 15GB total) and it is saturating my connection but browsing and streaming aren't significantly affected

Could plusnet please explain what does this mean Titanium, Gold, Gold Plated, Bronze and Silver please - it rather confusion as I think peer to peer / usenet are slowed down speed because of bronze with unlimited standard/fibre ?

Titanium, Gold etc refer to the priority queues. All of them should run at line speed unless you start something that's in a higher queue.
So for example.... if you have a 16Mb line and are downloading P2P at 16Mb that's all good. You then start streaming iPlayer at 4Mb (which is in a higher priority queue). This will slow your P2P to around 12Mb to allow the 4Mb stream to work correctly.
