What a great time to find my Web site archived 
I found the reason for the increase in bandwidth used at the weekend, it was a large number of downloads of a particular photo album that had proved popular with a community. Anyway, I can move that off to another server.
I have raised a ticket explaining myself and how I propose to make sure it doesn't happen again, but wonder if the NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR is in at PN Towers today to help get the Web site back on line for me? No sign of PN on Twitter today either?
Any help appreciated.

The Digital Care Team staff who monitor the forums and respond on Twitter work standard hours and are unlikely to be here until tomorrow. The support centre is available 24x7; I suggest giving them a ring on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 though it might need specialist team help to restore your site. 
Were the troublesome images ones that are downloaded directly or ones other sites were hot-linking to?

Thanks. I didn't want to phone as the auto email that informed me of the web archiving specifically said not to, but just to raise a ticket and explain myself 
The problem was I posted a link to an album to a community of friends and they all wanted to see the photos (which were quite large). So its just a matter of deleting the album, I have already moved it to another provider.
