Went thru automated online upgrade process last night (14th). Thought I'd done whole procedure but had no email confirmation or indication on my a/c it's pending. Auto procedure stated upgrade would take effect next billing date (26th). Noticed here seems to be poss to have it done with much sooner via forum.
During auto process noticed new details inc line rental even though already paid for year with line rental saver offer.
To conclude, want to upgrade to Extra (11.49 per month). No other changes to a/c, phone to be kept as it is. Would like to upgrade before billing date if poss.
Many thanks

Hi there,
Just made the account change for you so that's sorted, hope that helps.
Also to explain the line rental - even though you've paid up front for the annual, it's still invoiced at normal price and then discounted when the billing actually runs on your account. This is why it's still shown when you're changing products. It's nothing to worry about though, as I said it'll be discounted when you're actually billed and will show on your invoice as having a cost of £0.00.
