Plusnet TG582n IP Address

« on 10/05/2012, 14:37 »
Hi, is there any way of changing the Plusnet TG582n default ip address? it is currently 192.168.1.254 I would like 10.0.0.1 (like my previous router).  I don't want to change the configuration of my other router, and virtual machines with static IP address.

Many thanks

Yep - you'll need to log into the router and disable DHCP before you change any local network settings (you'll need to turn it back on again afterwards) but you can change the router's IP and the IPs it assigns by going to Home Network -> Interfaces -> Local Network

Hope that helps.
